Restaurant was hot, meat was ok. The Salad plate was not good.
Do not recommend this place., not happy, very disappointed
Weird vibe. Music was on volume 1. A/C felt broken. Super bright.. typically nice dinner places have lower lights. Friendly staff/ good food though. “Salad bar” is just a side bar but thought it was good.
Wait staff was very slow. Limited meats were served. We had to wait 30 mins just for a server to get our check. Wait staff was not attentive. The men serving the meats were more attentive than the waitstaff and even one of the men helped us more than our server. And it even wasn't a packed house either.
Service and staff was awesome. Food was OK. Lemonade is the best. We didn't get to eat any ribs as Noone came around with them. Chicken wrapped in bacon was the best.The food was fresh and cooked properly, but didn't have much flavor. I wouldn't full price though.
We had a nice time and the food was good, but it was a lot more expensive than we had expected. They did not advertise the cost, so we had no idea going in how much it would be, so it was a big shock when we got the check.
Food always great and Groucho servers good, but welcoming and overall servers curt and unwelcoming.

One of the reasons we wanted to dine here was the expectation that the food would be brought to the table very frequently, when, in fact, my date didn't ever have to flip his card over to the red side! For me, it was quite frustrating to see others enjoying the grilled pineapple and seeing two servers with it, only to see them disappear without ever approaching our table. This happened specifically twice with the pineapple and a time or two with some of the meat. (We did have to turn down a few of the meat choices - much too rare, dripping blood - but we realize that was our personal choice to decline what was offered.) The first series of meats offered were not quite seasoned, but still OK, while the meat that came near the end of the meal were very seasoned - a couple of the selections actually were over-salted, as a matter of fact. The meats were tender and satisfying, though.
I was disappointed in the selection of salad items. The meats were good. The restaurant needs a feminine touch in presentation & selection.
This was our first time dining at this restaurant. The phone line was busy (no signal) since 6 so we just showed up with no reservation. Hostess showed us to the table and left, no explaination of how things are supposed to work. Bread and such showed up with no plates, after a while, I noticed the salad bar and deduced that if I want a plate, that would be where to get one. Food was decent, beef was good, chicken was dried. The server asked if we had any particular meat we were waiting on. $40 per person not including drinks or tips.
waiter was not friendly, low quality salad bar. They served instant mashed potatoes! Over priced.
I didn't feel that the servers came around often enough
service was very slow. atmosphere was not a fine dining experience, tables very close together. we had to ask for everything, sometimes repeatedly.
Slow service. We were celebrating my daughters Sweet Sixteen and I had called in advance to ask about singing to her. Reminded the young lady at the front and also my server. Waited 25 minutes after dinner for this and nothing. When we were walking out the lady at the front aske did they ever come over and I said no and she go back and sit down, I will send right over. TOO LATE... Service being poor and slow is the reason I will not return..
Food and service was awful.
Awesome service! They kept bringing delicious selections of meat all night long. We never had an empty plate.
The staff was very friendly and very good waiters. The food was fair. Not the kind I am use to eating.
The service was very poor. After we sat down, the server did not come to our table for 15 minutes to ask us what we wanted to drink. I had my card on Green the entire time we were there and only was visited four times by the severs offering the meats. We finally left and went across the street for more food.

The food was good but the service failed. I had a reservation and still waited an additional 30-45 minutes. The waitress took forever to bring our drinks and also to bring the check. I really did not want to pay the 18%.
Aneat and unique experience, but overpriced
There were not too many options for beef. We were stuck in a corner that made it heard for the servers to check on us our bring us more steak. The salad buffet was very limited and not too many options.
This was called a steakhouse so I thought I'd be getting a good steak. Unfortunately all meat was rare and so I asked for well done-this never happened and I ended up eating a 1 oz. piece of chicken and a small bite-size piece of filet and lots of bread, potatos, and some salad and fruit. Not a good value for the $80 I put out plus the $25 certificate. Unless you want raw meat cross this one off you list of places to eat. I must have asked 4+ times to please cook my meat well-done. It never happened.
wait was over an hour and 15 mins, after being seated it took an additional 20 mins to get a waiter to greet us at the table (after we told the hostess we were being ignored)
The downhill slide started with the salad bar... mediocre at best. The meat servings seemed to come from cheap cuts of meat and we had to ask repeatedly for rare portions. Our measurements were comparing this place to a similar restaurant nearly across the street.
Place needs to be updated, looking very tired and old
Neither the management, hostess, or any employee in the bar seem to know how to manage customer expectations. i had a 7 PM reservation and I am ok with a wait if I am told that a 7 PM reservation doesn't mean I'll be eating at 7 PM. I am betting it's not unusual for 30 to 50 minute waits being the norm so it should be standard procedure to warn each guest that they should expect to wait up to an hour. Constantly telling everyone "10 minutes" is unacceptable. Overall experience neutral but food very very good. waiter very pleasant.
OMG!! I made reservation to take my 19 years old son there for his birthday. When I arrived there, they wouldn't open the door for me. They finally came and told me I couldn't come in because they are expecting 100 guest. I told them that I had reservation and they told me they just found out that the guest were coming. I asked to speak to the Manager and he let me in without apologizing for what happened. We ate there for over an hour and there were no guest of 100 came in to the restaurant as stated by the waitress. When I was there, it didn't look like the restaurant could hold 100 people. They didn't want us in that restaurant for some reason. WOW!! I couldn't believe they did that. My son was hurt that happened on his birthday.
I'm a vegetarian and I STILL enjoyed it with a group of my carnivorous friends! The service was outstanding and they even grilled up a plate of veggies for me!
Serves was and food was exellent, my husband enjoyed his father day dinner. and to me that's plus!!!
The service was very good, and the staff was patient with our party kowing it was ourfirst visit they made us comfortable.
Restaurant was extremely hot and waiter seemed absent minded. Among other things the crew took 15 minutes to charge our credit card.
The meal was excellent but far too expensive for my budget.
I think it was overpriced, but the salad bar was woefully lacking.
I had asked for something specific, chicken hearts. They brought it around eventually, but the table next to ours got the last serving. They never brought it around again. And it took an hour to get a cup of coffee. Everyone was friendly, though, and the food was delicious.

This is a bogus deal, I was expecting to get 25$ off my meal, I only got 7$ off of my meal. They added a 18% gratuity on the check. Never buying from Restaurants.com again.
the menu is poor compare to other brazillian restaurants, the meats were slowly brought to the tables. All over POOR and POOR
The steak was good but not excellent, service are good. For the same cost I could get an excellent steak dinner.

service was bad, salad bar to small and not much of variety of meat to choose from.
Everything was great, make sure you get reservation early at least a week. The Bacon wrapped Filet was cooked over medium, we like ours medium rare. Other than that the food was great and the service was awsome. If you have a choice sit as close to the kitchen as possible. The food goes quick as it comes from the back of the resturaunt. The prime rib was the star of the dinner and the Pineapple it terrific, make sure you get a piece from the top layer with cinnamon on it. Oh yeah and drink water, and thing else disrupts the great flavor of the food. The salad bar is nice, but once the meat starts comming the salad gets abandoned or at least my wifes did. Enjoy.
Service was very slow, the servers bringing around meat were really behind. The kitchen was not making food fast enough for a full restaurant.
Value for money was very poor in my opinion. Other similar restaurants with the same style are far better

Needs to have more salad selection
the salad bar is very poor when you see it you think "this is a joke" because i have been in another Brazilian restaurants like Fogo de Chao (the best) they said that they served 12 kind of meats and the most i had was 4 kind of meats and the poor quality of meat

Restaurant was dark and somewhat noisy even though it was not at capacity. Salad bar was less attractive than previously.
