would be nice if dining area was larger; very noisy when full. Food is great, little over-priced for area, but better than pizza places
Good quality, Fair selection, for the price though, the portions were small. They spruce up the main with a variety of small sides. Service was very good, fairly fast.
Egg & I is a nice clean place to eat & the service is great.
Great food, efficient and friendly servers. The only negative is this location is so popular we had to sit at a table. I prefer a booth. But this will not prevent me from returning....often.

I don't go out for breakfast often,but this Tinley Park location may change that. The menu had many healthy items added to their eggs which is nice to see. I saw options I would like to try. Will try to return soon.
It was OK. Server spilled milk on my cell phone and she didn't seem like she cared. The food wasn't bad, just not what I expected. It seems like they don't really care what your plate looks like, its just slapped on there. I was underwhelmed and there are many breakfast places I like much more.
The staff-very friendly. Didn't have to wait for a table or for the food to arrive. Excellent food!!

Clean, fresh, good food. Different food than your regular breakfast. But had traditional breakfast items too. They make their own hot sauce that they sell, too, and it’s awesome. My friend and I were planning our trip and they never rushed us along.

First visit, will definitely be back. Staff was polite, professional, and quick. I had the Winter Hash which was fantastic. Most dishes are around $8-10, but well worth it with the quantity you get.

Ordered all 40 well done wings. Purchased 40 wings, and all 40 came gummy, not well done or crispy at all! Worst wings I've ever eaten. Food came cold. Very disappointed

We waited in line as the restaurant was full, without being acknowledged at all. In fact, the waitresses looked away when they passed us standing in the doorway. Our waitress, Tara, was not polite at all, rushed our order and then never returned to us after our food came. We had to ask another waitress to provide us a box for leftovers and put bill. It seemed our business is unappreciated there. Definitely new ownership, the previous owners were not this rude. Food was good though, probably the reason people are willing to tolerate rude service.

The waiter was not very nice. She also told me a wrong price on an item then when she charged me way more I asked her about it and her response was "I said I THINK their that price"

I had the berry stuff french toast. Was so yummy. Just wished you would sale it in half order. Also more Mexico style dishes would be nice. Also a smaller meal choices for adults. Would have liked one egg and toast or one egg with potato.

It looks like the menu had changed since I last been. I was really looking forward to their frittata. The coffee is okay and it isn't really that hot. My suggestion is to put more selections on the menu. It is a breakfast place. There should be more breakfast dishes.
We went for breakfast. Even though the restaurant was full, we were seated right away. There is a good selection of food, my sister is on a gluten free diet and was able to order GF blueberry pancakes, which she said were excellent. The service was excellent. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars was because I ordered a pineapple/cucumber drink that was very sour, tasted like lemonade (which I don't like). I didn't tell the waitress, so that's on me. Everything else was very good, it's a nice, clean place.

I've noticed over the years they are (in my opinion) simplifying ingredients to expedite cooking time to turn over diners faster. Examples are canned chili peppers in my omelette when they used to have chopped fresh peppers and the new cubed potatoes they fry up. Nothing outstanding here nor bad, just an average meal at a reasonable price so the neutral rating.
Portions are small for the price. Price of coffee and tea is ridiculous!

The food is the yummiest bar food. Fries, beans, slaw, burgers are the best. We tried the grilled meatloaf and it was as good as the burgers. I got tow meals out of mine.

The staff was wonderful and very accommodating to me when ordering because of seafood allergies. The portions were so large we could have shared, but that just gave us leftovers of which we certainly didn't mind! The prices are fair considering the sizes of the meals.
Food was excellent. There was an up charge that the waiter failed to mention.... But other than that... It was a good experience, as it always is. It is my favorite restaurant in New Castle. I am always happy to go there.

We ordered food that did not say on the menu had Bar-B-Que sauce on it but when we got it it did. It was to spicy for both of us so we tried to return it and we were told no even though we only took 2 or 3 bites. We then decided to try some thing else any way and asked what was on a white pizza. the owner told us but did not include tomatoes. The basil and oregano that we were told was on it is being grow out side of the restaurant on the sidewalk which is right at the parking lot. The waitress we started with knew nothing about the food because she is a vegeterin. The next person waiting on us was one of the owners and basically had a so what just pay for it attitude and did charge us for food we DID NOT like and DID NOT eat.
