It was awkward that you had to order from the counter when you were having a dine in experience. Even once you were past ordering, there were 5 or 6 people working, but no one could bring your food to the table. We ordered several different items and had to continue to get up to go get it from the counter rather than someone just delivering it to the table. I think it would have been a better experience if the food was delivered to the table especially since they had more than enough staff on that particular day.
