The waiters were there to serve you hand and foot, the food was masterful, delicious , and well portioned.
Service was slow, food wasn't fresh, waitress overcharge me on the bill. Restaurant was extremely noisy.

Well prepared Mexican food. Excellent shhtimp enchiladas and rellinos . Noisy, busy.
Gloria was nice and conversational. Food was good and their fried ice cream was made correctly
Comfortable atmosphere with colorful decorations. Excellent service, attentive yet not obtrusive. Flavorful and plentiful selections at reasonable prices.
Service and food were very good. Music is way too loud. Difficult to have a conversation while mariachi band is playing.
Excellent food, nice selection of items and the service was wonderful!

Crossroads is consistently friendly... their workers are truly nice. The food is tasty and reasonably priced.
server never checked on drink refill.
Great service!
nice people and lively environment
The food and service were both good, as usual.
Fajita and combination plate were both hot and delicious.
Very kind
Food was ok, but not great, overpriced for what you get.
Tonight it was all good at Crossroads. The food and beverage all came out timely and delicious. Staff is always sweet here.
Poor customer service, food had no flavor, expensive for the quality, took about an hour to bring food, slow workers, were all talking in the back, food came out cold.
We go to Crossroads to enjoy the friendly atmosphere and GREAT FOOD! We will continue to visit whenever we can just to get our fix of their excellent mexican fare!
The food was really tasty. The service wasn't the best.
Friendly service and delicious food. What more could we ask for?
The food was great.
We asked for side salads which were not on the menu. We were served large salads, very inexpensive. Price overall are very reasonable, and serving portions are good.
My order was not correct and was not able to communicate with restaurant as a answering machine picked up when I called.
super fish/good service fair prices/ neat atmosphere
Food was very good
Service was slow. Food was very salty! Unusual for them.
We all enjoy our food . I especially loved the tender lingua in red sauce. I was great !!!
The food was good. The restaurant needs a re-do !! The ceiling over our heads had a 9 x3 space that had spackle on it. It needs to be painted. Lots of stuff around . Less is more !!!
Short of staff. Wait time was a bit long.
We ordered off the menu and it was great good, good service! Very attentive!
The food was good and a very good size portion.
Great look inside. Rustic but of quality. Evidently live music on the weekends, but quiet and cool last night. Food was really good. Yum, and no hurries on the service or food preparation. Very much like Europeans dine. Time to talk, time to eat, time to relax.
The food was great.
The service was slow and the food was okay but I have had better fajitas. They didn't have much flavor and probably needed to be cooked a little longer. I would be willing to try something else from the menu.
Their green corn tamales plate was delicious and reasonably priced. Good service. Seemed very authentic.
We were pleased to find this little out of the way gem of a restaurant. The food was great and it was the first time I have seen mole on the menu in the US. I believe all the tostadas, and tortillas are homemade, the tostadas come to the table warm, so yummy. The wait staff was so attentive, even the ones who were not our own wait staff, others pitched in the help out at our table.Along with the food and staff, the decor, (traditional Mexican) and the music (also Traditional Mexican) made this place one we want to go back to again!
I think our server may have been new. Very nice but not an expert.
Excellent food! This was the first time taking my wife to Crossroads, and we both loved it!
Waitress was very friendly and got every part of our "modified" order correct.
Friendly and pleasant atmosphere. Beautiful music performed by Mariachi band! Best shrimp fajitas in town. Our favorite waiter, Miguel, always has a smile on his face along with a great sense of humor and he provides excellent, prompt service!
Good Food and Great Service
Food was delicious!
Food was a little pricey for Mexican but they did have great happy hour drink specials. Be away that they will charge you for any changes to menu items listed. We were charged $2 to substitute green sauce for red sauce on 1 enchilada!
Service was bad as well food... ;-(
Our waitress was nice and helpful. The food was good; both the quantity and quality.
Waitress was pleasant and the food was exactly how we ordered it.
The food was great! Great customer service!
Our Waitservice was EXCELLENT name,Miguel
The food was not the best, just ok. The service was great.
Normally it's my favorite Mexican Restaurant in Tucson, but the food was so salty, we could barely eat it! Very disappointing!
We arrived near the end of lunch time on Sunday and spent a leisurely 2 1/2 hours catching up with friends. The food was great, service was well above average.
Fine service and very good food
service a d food were very good.
Much better this time. However, The food did take quite a while to make it to our table. Went through 3 baskets of chips.
The cheese crisp was wonderful.
I love the food at Crossroads, but on this particular occasion, the gismo was excessively greasy.
The food was barely warm. The service was very slow. Two of us had the buffet and were disappointed in the amount of time it took to keep the food stocked.
Food and service were excellent. Also loved the ambiance.
The music was great, the service was informative, and the salsa was like omg! My partner said, "You look like you're in pain." But I swear to you, they were tears of joy.
I was charged the wrong amount so had to drive back for my change. She was very sorry and it was all taken care of but, an inconvenience.
Discrepency about coupon and charges and tip.
dj music was annoying
food tasted great!
We each ordered a salad and my sisters lunch break is only an hour. I was getting very impatient because it was taking so long. It was worth the wait though. The salad was amazing, I will definitely be back!!!
They gave the wrong entrees for us. We had to switch our plates around. The meat was really dried out in one of the entrees.I had to get up to ask for a drink refill after waitng 10 minutes. They gave us our food and just left. Never asked us if we needed anything else. This place was overpriced.
Service a little slow. Server was very pleasant.
Good food and very friendly staff.
18% gratuity was added to the bill automatically. This is not listed in the terms and conditions on restuarant.com for this restaurant.
Friendly staff
The service was very good and the bacon wrapped shrimp were excellent also. Happy Hour margarita's were 2 dollars. It's a great place.
Service and food was excellent!
The waitress seemed to be new as she messed up one of the orders and didn't seem to know what do. The soft tacos were skimpy and the tortilla fell apart. The presentation left a lot to be desired. The sauce on the tamal had an awful flavor.
Service was fast and pleasant. The food was really good and I had enough leftover to bring home for the next day. I could have done with the background music being less loud.
Sorry for delay, but I was in hospital. Food was very good and service was also. Had a good experience and will return. Good food.
We enjoyed the typical Mexican atmosphere and the music someone was playing in the back room. All of the food was really good and my boyfriend said the Fajitas were the best he's ever had! We were visiting Tucson from Phoenix, but if we make it back again, we would definitely go back here.
Friendly server and good food
Their enchilada sauce is wonderful, the portions are huge and the staff is very attentive.
The staff was friendly and very helpful on deciding what dishes we should order.
The food was all freshly made and well done. We got the calabacitas and the camarones culichi and both were really great. A ton of food - we did not leave hungry. If you're not down for waiting in line at Mi Nidito, you should definitely come down the street to Crossroads. The food is more authentic and fresher. One last thing: even the Spanish rice went above and beyond.
Food and service was outstanding!
slow service but food was pretty good.
The chicken fajita was not memorable!
Fun place where you can laugh and talk, food is good.
Service was very very slow. Had to wait almost an hour. Had to ask for things.
Great food and a wonderful server. Thanks!
Orders served incorrectly. Food of fair to poor quality. Tip included in bill, but bill said it was not!
It was difficult for the server to understand us because we don't speak Spanish. That made for a very long delay in our service today and that was a little frustrating. She was very curious though and the food is very enjoyable.
Service and food were excellent
Waitress did well to resolve a problem with an item that was ordered. We were impressed.
Great food, and service will defiantly go Agian next time we are in Tucson.
I love this place! Good food, GREAT service and atmosphere!
Great happy hour!
Great Menu Selection
I just moved back to Tucson and was a patron at the Crossroads. Since I have returned and we get the restaurants certificates we have taken three groups of Friends to the Crossroads for dinner. The food is yummy, l9ove the Mariachi's on Friday night.
the waitress was VERY nice! food portions were generous
The food, service and atmoshpere was good. Great salsa. The music was a bit too loud.
I've been going to Crossroads since I arrived in Tucson 27 years ago. I haven't gone in recent times, however. I was pleasantly surprised by the restaurant and plan to come back.
Drinks were substandard, but food was good.
The music and old world charm with the great taste of food.
