We gave our coupon waitress charged my card on someone else’s order she didn’t take the coupon off. So I was charged full price
Servers are always attentive and friendly. I was a bit disappointed in the Steak Salad this time. Steak part was very tasty ... but the lettuce was actually warm - not even a tad bit cool. For the price of this salad, I could add $3 and go to Outback this month and get a 6 oz Steak, Lobster Tail, Mashed potatoes, and loaf of homemade bread.
Customer service was great as always, food was terrific as always.
We normally love this restaurant! last nights experience was a complete shock. An hour after ordering, I was told that they were out of the meal I asked for. Wait times were excessively long, the quality of the food was dissappointing, our normally wonderful waitress was not as bubbly as usual. It seemed that the kitchen issues were affecting her, understandably. we saw at least 2 other groups storm out without there meals. We are truly hoping that this was just 1 bad night, and management gets a grip on whatever the problem was in the kitchen. We have had so many gret times here in the past! i am sure we will give them another chance next month.

The food quality is outstanding. The chef's special is a knockout. The spicy tuna is the best around by far. The other specials are great like the crunch roll.
