The food was excellent, best I've had in awhile. The ladies were so friendly and service was great.
The prices listed on the website were much less than the menu ($10.75/$17.00) so we were pretty disappointed when we got there. The salad had more yellow and white than green (lettuce). The drinks were good and the steak oscar was good, but a little spicy, like cayenne pepper on top.
Great food and super nice people working at the restaurant.
The people that work at this restaurant are very friendly and helpful. They even give you a free fried banana for desert. I really enjoy their food and constant inquiries if you need anything more to go with your meal.
The Owners and Staff made us very much welcome to their restaurant and prepared our lunch and gave free extra food to try that was on the menu as a special to us that was for our first visit that was delicious.

The owner and all the staff were super friendly. I was eating alone and everyone came by to chat with me. I had the Mardi Gras roll and it was beyond delish! The owner offered me a fried banana desert on-the-house. Also yum!!!
Good was fresh not greasy. The atmosphere was so friendly. A great experience. Loved the tempura fried carrots and sweet potato.
Pad Thai was AMAZING! Tuna tataki and Sunset ? Roll was also to die for. Awesome decor and just an all around great atmosphere.
Service was excellent. Food was delicious. Will definitely continue to dine there. We recently toured Asia for three weeks, and the spring rolls at Fujisan were better than any we were served in Asia.

Seated quickly and good service, bar maid saw we needed ice and came around the bar to help out wait staff that was serving another table, they work well together

There have been some recent changes at Fuji San and they are not for the better. The last two times we have been there the service was poor. My wife's food came out 10 minutes after mine and we had to ask for side items that are suppose to come with the meal. It use to be one of our regular places but I'm afraid we won't be going back again.

This is my favorite place to eat! The sushi, curries, bento boxes & desserts are phenomenal.

I ordered to go because my husband was in the car and he just had surgery. I don't feel the girls there knew what they were doing. I had to ask for my soup and salad that were supposed to be included TWICE, and then I had to ask for a bag to put it in.

Cuisine is Thai-Japanese and you. Are served very genrrous portions.food is authentic and delicious. The service and they make you feel like family.

Awesome atmosphere and our server Angela always takes great care of us. Great nachos, burger, fries and salad.

Friendly staff and excellent food.
The outside of the restaurant is a bit off putting. We almost didn't want to go inside. In fact we weren't sure that it was open. Once we entered, we discovered a comfortable and attractive establishment. The food was excellent, while the server (who was also preparing the food) was a bit cool. I would recommend that she try to develop a relationship with customers. The place had only three occupied booths (including us) for the lunch time on a Thursday, while two people picked up take outs. The service was effective, but not very fast, but certainly not a slow as portrayed by other customers on this web site. One large television (silenced) played AMC and "The Treasure of Sierra Madre."
This was, quite possibly, the SLOWEST lunch service I have ever experienced. My friend and I were literately there for close to an hour and a half. We will never be coming back because we simply cannot get back to work in a reasonable amount of time.

Excellent sushi! It was pretty packed for mid-week, so the service was slow...but the food is always worth the wait.
Great Japanese food, friendly staff. I've heard complaints that the service was slow. But we went for a relaxed meal, not to eat and run. I will definitely go back.
(Take Out) Excellent food. First time I went there, they provided Miso & Salad on the to go order, portions were fair for menu prices. This time, they skimped on the portions. $11 roll that was smaller than a fresh market $7 dollar roll. They refused to give miso soup even though their menu called for it, and it was an act of congress to get the salad. On top of all of this, they tried to enforce an 18% gratuity on a pickup order after I dropped $5+ in the tip jar. Today, based solely on service, Fuji San lost a customer for life.
I prefer just spice as opposed to wasabi mayo with spicy sushi. It was good food.

My cousin and I tried FugiSan to try their sushi. I had read the other reviews and was torn. Their reviews said their food was ok but their service was terrible. We went their with an open mind and was astounded. Their food was remarkable!! The service was great for a sishi restaurant. People have to realize that they aren't in a fast food establishment they are in a sushi restaurant. Good sushi takes time to make. We ordered just about 1 if everything on the menu so we could try everything and take home what we did not eat. We were very pleased with the service and the food. I would highly recommend this place to all those interested in a good sushi restaurant!

Fuji San is one of the most underrated restaurants in town. I am never disappointed in the food or service.
Best and sushi in mobile! Their rolls are inexpensive (but small). Always friendly service, but they don't go if you're short of time; they are pretty slow. It's still worth it though!
