Food was ok, it was definitely better our last experience. They were out of eggs and just didn't seem to have the portion size I remember. Our waitress literally mixed up 3 out of 4 of our drinks, we each drank from them, so we thought we would fix it with our refills, nope, she never came back. After quite some time we had to hunt her down. Our meals were almost finished and then we got our refills. No personality, not great service. Really a super bummer experience for an almost $90 ticket.

Service was great, very friendly. Selection of food was good and it was fun to make our own bowls for stir-fry. Only complaint was the buffet area was very messy, with food all over the floor. They should have a staff member cleaning that regularly. But the grill area looked clean and the cooks scraped / sprayed it down regularly. The menu should be updated on restaurant.com. They no longer have pre-made bowls, it’s only DIY bowls.
Some of the trays were very low on product and we were walking on food in the food line. The whole food line could have been cleaner .

Restaurant was clean, wait staff friendly, food cooked proprtly. I felt my chicken wasn’t as fresh as it should be.

We had a group of 10 and they would not accomafate us with a table and we all had to sit apart. The soda was flat and took 10 minutes to get a new one.

Love watching the grillers preparing our meals. Fun to use chopsticks to eat with. Food is good. It should be since I get to pick my ingredients and spices.

They didn't have the labels up for all of the food items, so on some of the them I had to explain to my family what they were. But other than that it was good.
The waiter was very helpful and explained to us how we would get out food. I especially enjoyed watching them prepare our food on the grill it was great.
It has been awhile since I ate at Ghenghis Grill. At that time, they had menus and I had always picked from them and then followed the code for selecting my choice. This time, the board was gone and I saw they had fiesta lime chicken, but had not clue what to add. There were only five cards showing menu choices, and none that I had had before or that appealed. I was able to add to make a good flavor, but nothing like previously.
Our waitress was welcoming and explained everything we needed to know! The grill masters were also helpful and cute. It was fun, it was delicious, and it was great to have a Restaurant.com certificate to use!
