Server was always warming up the coffee and checking on us.

I've been visiting Harold's for most of my life. While it is nothing super special, the good food and excellent staff make it an enjoyable experience every time.
The place is small with limited seating unless you want to sit on a stool at the counter. I would say most of the customers were from the area looking for an inexpensive place to eat. The food was lacking in flavor.
Our waitress was great and engaging with my toddler.

Just walk in and sit down...if you can find a seat! This place was packed, and with good reason. Everything was amazing.

The food is good and the staff is very attentive. The only thing the booths are pretty cramped, I know they have always been that way; just now that we are older it isn't as comfortable.

I had been to the restaurant many many years ago as a little girl....probably the 1970’s...with my grandma. Never forgot the experience as the food was fantastic then (I remember!) and still is! Thank you for keeping the colors and “vintage” original look!! We loved it!! Our server, Heather, was wonderful, too!!! We’ll be back!!

Service was good, food was good, and I will probably return there again sometime down the road. HKHouse is about a 20 mile drive from where I live so I don't get there as often as I would like.

My husband has been going to Harold's since he was a kid. He took me there on one of our first dates and I understand why he loves it. The food and service is always amazing. You can get breakfast all day and the prices are really good too.

Seemed to be understaffed.
Parked 10 feet from the door, sat right down, immediately greeted with by a very pleasant waitress, quickly got our coffee, and quickly got our delicious food. Great place!

My wife and I ordered the waffle with one egg and bacon or sausage, both of our waffles were not fluffy as advertised, my sausage was overdone, both egg orders were good, perhaps we ordered the wrong thing, the place was busy, so maybe we will give it another try.

Service was great. Our server was very friendly and asked us if it was our first time. Actually it was not my first time but it had been years since I had visited this restaurant. Food was excellent. A great dining experience.
