The order was wrong and the manager initially refused my use of Restaurant.com certificate because I didn't order drinks or apertizer. He was clearly wrong.

Very cool atmosphere but Erich (the owner-so he said) is the type of person who thinks he is funny but actually pushes the limits by being aggressive in pushing limits of personal boundaries. Erich kept pushing the "cod" special so much my husband said he didn't eat fish so he would stop. As a former restaurant person that means "it's going bad so push it". Erich was seemingly funny at first but like a child doesn't know when to back off or stop so we could enjoy the meal. Erich also thought it funny to call me "mama' and commented to my husband "that I was sensitive". Way too much. I was frustrated and annoyed by his behavior and food trying to keep my composure to not blast him out. No I did not say anything or send it back because it would have been a scene. The Friday night special was Prime Rib so we ordered that with the assumption it was FRESH. NOT ALL ALL. The prime rib center was ICE COLD. The meat not tender whatsoever. Actually it was cooked so fast the fat marbling never melted to flavor the meat or tenderize it. Totally disappointed. Coupon was honored for $5 off with no issues so we ordered chocolate cake that at best was mediocre.

The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The food is like what a friend would bring out of their kitchen to serve you.
The decor is pretty cool 50's pop memorabilia but there is little atmosphere to go along with it. The food and service were very ordinary, not bad but not that good either.
It was the general diner experience with excellent service (she got a good tip). My server walked by several times make sure her tables were not in need. The food was standard good diner food.
The waitress was cheerful and attentive, and the service was great. Our meal was hot, tasted amazing, and full portion size, all for a perfect price. Atmosphere was cheery and deco was cool!
Server was attentive, friendly and polite. Took our order, brought it out quickly and checked back frequently to see our food and experience was and if anything else was needed.
forgot to take our coupon. My daughter had to ask what they were going to do for us as it was their fault that they did not scan the coupon. After a bit, they gave her a milkshake to offset the $5.

I asked for lightly toasted wheat and it was definitely not lightly toasted. Their tuna fish has a lot of mayo -- but you may like it like that. Most times we've been very pleased w/the restaurant and the service.

We liked the atmosphere and the 50's theme. The server was very nice too. We have eaten at a different Juke Box Diner and love it, but we probably ordered the wrong thing at this one. The crab cake sandwich was good, but mostly filler, not crab. We would not get that again. However, the Gyro's, burgers, and meatloaf were excellent at the other Juke Box Diner. We don't know about this one because we didn't order it here.
We ordered a salad and chicken sandwich and it too 45 minutes to receive our foog

We were a little confused about whether the waiter was desrting us based on a conversation he was having with another patron but his service didn't faulter in the end.
