My husband and I have been coming here since they opened in Brenneman Farms. Their service is exceptional and the staff are always friendly and attentive to your needs. Get there early, because it fills up by 5:30! This place is hopping.

Our family has been dining at Las Palmas practically every Friday night for the past 5yrs. The owner, Javier, and his staff are like family.

Always a happy place to visit! Servers hustle wit a smile on their faces, families enjoy the delicious food together, and the cost very reasonable! Omar happily welcomes everyone, and his regulars with a hug. We love going here!

Food at Las Palmas is always flavorful and service is quick.
You have a great selection of entrees and your waitstaff are super friendly and go out of their way to accommodate.
Food was good. Wasn't offered bread which should have come with my meal. Staff didn't check in at all during meal to see if everything was okay. Food was very good though.

I LOVE Las Palmas. But honestly, I was disappointed this time in the manner that they handled my check. I have been going here for years and get one out of 3 things (I'm picky). This time, when I asked for my simple meal it came with surprise misc. charge. When I paid, I thought it might have been a mistake because they did not explain anything up front. The cashier gave me an- 'it is what it is answer', and I felt very disappointed! By the way, I order nachos, with no cheese- half with ground beef/ half with shredded chicken. Each is the same price on the menu- so I'm not trying to trick them into giving more or less. This meat I ordered is pre-made...so...I don't understand. I enjoy the environment, I'm sad I had this very poor experience. I hope they change this handling.
I know the restaurant was busy, but it took over an hour to get our food. And I think we only received it because I asked how much longer before our food comes out. Waiter said about 10 more mins. Food came out and I didn’t get my rice and beans until I asked for it. My brothers food came out cold and dried out. Then we had to wait 10+ mins and asked for our bill and to top it off we stood up front to pay for it an additional 8-10 mins. Terrible experience

Warm and friendly atmosphere. Busy and some may think noisy. But that doesn't distract from all the plusses that this place has. Definitely family friendly and the food was delivered timely considering the number of people in the place.And the food was so good. We'll be back.

Quick service. Food tastes great. Everyone who works there is running around trying to serve customers as fast as possible. Love the hustle.

This restaurant is consistently delicious and has quick service. I have NEVER been disappointed when eating here! This place has the best customer service of ANY restaurant that I have ever visited!

It took 12 minutes from the time we were seated to have someone come and take our order. Our side dishes were wrong. When the entree came out, my husband got his, however, it took another 15 minutes for mine to come out. My food went to another table. After my food came, No one came to see if everything was alright or if we needed anything for the remaining of our meal. My husband called the waiter over and said you should give us something off of the meal becauof bad service, they gave us 15% off, which was $ 4.00. Not an enjoyable dining experience.

It was about 45 minutes to closing and they had a party of about 30 they where paying more attention too. The chips where hard and stale. They never came by to get our refills. Which is very unusall for this resturant.

Service was awkward. My friend ordered green enchiladas and got red instead. When she told the waiter he denied it and they had a disagreement. They took them back and brought red which was great. Later her glass of water was 3/4 full, but the waiter quickly reached across and took the water and walked off before she could object. Rice/beans were amazing, chiles rellenos werent fully cooked and had seeds in them. I was not happy about that.

My meal was not as good as usual. The chicken in the California Burrito had a strange texture and the chips were not hot and crisp.

Staff were friendly and welcoming but somewhat inattentive. I was greeted often but not asked if I needed anything. I've eaten there before and there are menu items I love. I decided to try something different. The enchiladas weren't that good.
It was busy dinner time with only 3 servers. So we had the food out without the rice. It took a little time to grab the server to ask for our rice.

I think the server forgot to put our order in. The food took almost an hour and other tables that were seated after us (many tables, actually) got their food before we did. I finally stopped the waiter and asked if he put our order in, and then he ran into the kitchen.
Very clean establishment. The restaurant is furnished very nicely in a Mexican format, the wait staff are quick, friendly, and hard working and dressed for the theme of the restaurant. There is a very inviting atmosphere. My wife and I have really enjoyed our meals each time we have dined there. I am not an expert on Mexican cooking so I will not say if it is "authentic" or not. I will say that there is usually nothing left on our plates when we are ready to leave.
