Reviews
The food is always good, the staff is always pleasant. I think they need better advertising, because they never seem to be busy
Good food. Portions were just right...not too small, not too large.
Not in our usual neighborhood, found on restaurant. Com, but totally going back and telling friends! We've finally found a great Authentic Mexican place! WITH WHOLE RED SNAPPER! There was a celebration there that brought in Mariachi, they were gracious enough to play for my husbands birthday, which he LOVED! Los Arcos muy bueno!
Split a meal. Waitress had the food split on two plates
Great food. Great price. Super waitress (Ingrid)!
Justin, our waiter, was very nice and accomodating
The food was delayed over a hour, unacceptable, horrible service, no attention to details, the drinks were bad This was one of my favorite restaurants until yesterday, not again, no other chance, the service, food and drink were unacceptable What a bad experience!!! I went with some friends celebrating their anniversary, omg !!! What a shame, so many other good places and we got the bad taste Atrio should be deleted from restaurant.com. I will post my negative experience everywhere
Good food
Food quality has gone down a bit, our server seemed robotic, and they dont validate anymore still had to pay 12 for vallet and was never informed prior turning in keys.
Excellent food, atmosphere, view and service!
Bad service and they didn't mention about egg batter on their food what we had ordered,(since one member is vegetarian) . Bad business
Just when I thought it could not get better it get better and better
I have been dining and ending this restaurant on a monthly basis. As of late there are changes coming and I am still, very happy with all aspect of the restaurant so I hope that whatever changes take place would be for the better One thing I would like to see is keep the basic menu but offer seasonal special and ad some variety, since the menu has stayed the same for a long time. Service as usual is outstanding
Great food and ambience.
Service was great as always. Food was amazing.
Ordered a fish dish, 2 pcs arrived sitting on a drenched isaffron mayonnaise sauce. Only ate top piece, Director of Food and Beverage arrives at the table asking how all is, offers to provide dessert to make up for the uneaten fish, final bill one single dessert dog discounted and not even mine for being more $ but my spouses dessert which was cheaper. After asking the waitress about the dessert charge she said only one dessert would be discounted but not mine but cheapest one. Total ridiculous nickel and dime restaurant which is overpriced for their meals.

Best preferable menu is dinner. I went for sunday brunch and menu is very very limited (5 entrees) and they were out of salmon.
The view was incredible. The bar was fun and drinks good but expensive. The food some good some not so good. Cesar Salad very good.
Service was bad. and the food wasnt what i hope. It did not include what it said on the menue and prices on the menu online did not match the on site price .
Ordered steak fajitas-tough, rubbery-had to spit two mouthfuls out. My wife ordered chile Rellano-burned, soggy, full of seeds (never ate one where seeds weren't removed first). Asked for strong Margarita because previous posts indicated they were weak-strong enough but obviously pre-mixed. Lemons were in the mix so long they disintegrated to mush and they charged $11.50 for the strong one. I've eaten street food in Mexico that was tons better.
Fantastic food! The grilled chicken is a must try.
Waitress was friendly and prompt. Food was at the correct temperature and good!
Amazing authentic food and great prices
my flautas were very dry inside, but the queso fundido was excellent! our waitress was not too attentive.
Great value and the food is original and delicious! The staff does a great job of welcoming you and making you feel at home. Last night I had one of the best Mararitas ever; something w/cucumber & cilantro - very refreshing!
The service and the food were excellent!! Best margarita at a restaurant, and my husband is very critical. He usually has to tell them how to make them. I didn't know what to expect and was not thrilled when I walked in because it looked like it could use some decorating and warmth. After eating there we decided it is exactly as it should be and does not pretend to be a fancy restaurant. Totally authentic!!! Next time I won't dress up!
The food was good but surprisingly fajitas didn't include any sour cream, lettuce or guacamole. The margaritas were very weak. No music playing at all. The server was very nice but the service was slow, it took us over 20 minutes to get our bill after we finished eating and she cleared our table.
We loved all the food!!!
Excellent food and nice atmosphere. Restaurant is clean and the service is friendly and courteous.
Food is outstanding and the atmosphere is very nice as well as being very clean!
We started with incredibly fresh guacamole and big margaritas (not very strong), then moved to the best fried Grouper we've encountered, yummy.
We arrived at 6:30 on a Saturday night and they were out of chicken
Really good compared to the last 2 times we were there.
service was a little slow
Food and service was very good!
Food is very fresh, home-made tasting. Portion size is about right. I like the granite tabletops and decor.
The restaurant is in an Hispanic neighborhood and the locals do go here. Music was playing in Spanish and I just loved the atmosphere and food. Felt very welcomed here even though I do not speak spanish. Will return.
Meat was under cooked sent it back then the meat way over cooked.the waitress never came back to check on us. They were not busy and it took forever to get a to go box and the bill. Horrible service.
as always, the food was supurb!
service was horrible, maybe not her fault she was the only one there .either way it was bad. very pricy for portion size ( at least on shrimp dishes.I ordered fajitas and my son a nacho platter they never even brought plates for us bust plain lousy
More of a diner experience. Paper napkins on the table. No "mood." Service was slow on drinks (only one waitress for whole facility). Food came hot and was simple presentation. Took a while for bill to be presented. Very good drinks and general food. A little on the spicy/hot side.
no way to enter amount in survey
never got our rice and beans, had to ask a couple times for take out boxes, took forever to get our check.
Both plates delivered were not what we ordered, returned to remake. Drinks were mostly ice and the one alcohol drink was really weak too boot. This was our second bad dining last time really greasy and steak Quesada's sent back because it had hardly any steak the reorder had many pieces of beef vein not beef. This time I ordered chicken and got steak and sent it back for the chicken I ordered.
Food and service were great. Very authentic, ample portion sizes, nice decor, fairly quick service even as it was busy on a Sunday afternoon. Only problem was that the juke box playing Mexican music was so loud that it was hard to hold a conversation. Maybe the other customers like it that way, but I like to talk in a normal voice while dining.
Food is always fresh and Dlish!
service was excellent...atmosphere was good...food could have been better...
The food was very good and served quickly. However, my appetizers (guacamole and queso) were served at the same time as my entrée not beforehand.
waitress forgot our appetizer, service was slow
Los Arcos has the best steak Burrito and Authentic Mexican food in the area. The charred chicken dinner is excellent. I used to sneak over to Los Arcos from my route in Arl.Hts. to eat lunch when I was a mailman.
Waitress checked back to see if we needed anything. Dropped off the food and never came back to our table. I had to get up and ask her for the check.
Delicious food, great service with friendly servers. Parking can be problematic.
Smart, friendly staff and a good atmosphere. But the food is the reason to return again and again.
Excellent, friendly service. Fresh and tasty Mexican food. Reasonably priced.
the best authentic mexican food we've had just very slow service
Very friendly and attentive waitress. Food very good. We will return.
Tasty authenticate Mexican food. Sopas, sopes, seafood, lengua tacos.
Food was fresh and good. Portions were generous.
did a carry out and it was correct and tasty
Extremely authentic Mexican food. Loved it!
Small restaurant with a great staff and EXCELLENT food.
