First and only diner after opening for the day, but very slow service. Had to ask for my cocktail order twice. Soup and bread were delicious; however, when I finally was served my entree, it was not what I ordered. After I had been at the restaurant 45 minutes, I had to request the remainder of my order to go so I could make an appointment. That took so long, I was getting ready to leave without it when my packaged entree was brought out, but missing the remainder of my order. Ate the food at home. Food was good. Because of the uniqueness of the restaurant and good food, I would recommend them, but be prepared to be there for a couple hours and not get fast service.

It was great! A friend gave me their certificate we never had 4 people available to use that big of an amount!!!

It felt dingy and the place had a dirty smell to it

We visited Jennie's Cafe while on a trip to Oceanside for LegoLand. We really enjoyed the dining experience. The food was super yummy, huge portions and the service could not be beat! If ever in the area again we would eat at Jennie's!
They were out of hot chocolate, sweet rolls, sausage and rye toast.

This is one our favorite restaurants in San Francisco. We love to take special friends to share this amazing experience. The belly dancing show really took it over the top. Go once and you will get hooked.

This is the third time that I have eaten at this. The first two times were with my wife and we had a fabulous time. This time, I took an old friend there. The staff is always genuinely friendly and service oriented. This time, the two of us ordered a lamb dish and a rabbit specialty. They were both incredibly delicious and plentiful in portion size. Make sure to order the entire dinner and not go ala carte. That way, you get abundant appetizers, soup and dessert besides your entree.At the end of the meal, we were treated to top-of-the-line belly dancing. This particular artist was excellent at her craft. She encouraged the diners to join her and everyone had a great time. :-)You cannot have a better time dining out and you are going to have dining at Marrakech restaurant.

Great food but the service is SLOW, SLOW, SLOW. They have belly dancers nightly. Cool place. Plan 2 hours for a full 6 course dinner.

Staff were quite wonderful and attentive but service started lagging when more people came in, like they got pretty overwhelmed. Otherwise, I would have rated them as excellent.
We really enjoyed our meals but it was so noisy it was hard to hear each other talk. The server and hostess had problems hearing and being heard as well. That's the only reason we won't return, at least not when it's crowded.
Staff was very accommodating to our short time schedule. All the food was delicious. Service was very attentive.
