If we had been offered refills on our drinks it would have been 5 stars.
Our food didn’t get to us for at least half hour after ordered. And I didn’t get the $10 off on my bill. I noticed it after I had left the restaurant. I am sure it wasn’t done intentionally.

We loved the ambience with a mariachi band and the fresh salsa was hot temperature wise and so fresh! Loved it! My Chile Colorado was a little oily.
Know where to come if you want a good Mexican meal.Service was great too.

Our server was awesome and the shrimp cocktail and nachos were amazing.

we ordered menudo like we always do but today it came to the table cold by the time the server came to ask if we were ok everyone was almost done with their food except the person with the soup. There were only two other customers in the restaurant and yet the service was not good at all this visit.
We have ordered the same thing a couple of times. Sometimes it is good and sometimes it is not as good. The food does not appear to be consistent.
I love the food and the customer service we receive. Everyone is helpful and adore your happy hour items. Keep up the good work.
I am a regular customer and enjoy dining at maya however, there have been some recent changes from the cook to the waiters. The food is different and the customer service we received from this new employee was not the greatest. She was rude and did not attend to our needs.
The staff at the Maya were very courteous and respectful. While I was waiting for my order, I was asked by several people if I needed anything. I guess it's best to have too many people ask than none! Very professional employees. The Menudo was "Awesome!" Thanks and hope to see you again!

EDDIE WAS OUR SERVER HE IS ALWAYS VERY FRIENDLY.THE FOOD WAS DIFFERENT TODAY, THEY HAD A NEW COOK AND WE ORDERED THE SHRIMP COCKTAIL AND THEY PUT MINI SHRIMP IN IT THIS TIME. IT DIDNT LOOK OR TASTE THE SAME
My son brought his dog and we all ate on the patio. They were very accommodating and even brought the dog a bowl of water.
luis was our server has the best attitude and has wonderful customer service skills. He is the reason we are there every week. I also LOVE that you have happy hour everyday instead of m-f like everywhere else.
The food was excellent. The service was excellent. This was the 1st time we had ever gone to this resturant and it was reslly good. It was a little exspensive for my taste but when they brought the food and the servings were huge and the good tasted great it was so worth it. We went there for lunch and had to take food home which in turn gave us our dinner.
Neither great or bad. The food itself was bland. The salsa and chip with Guacamole was my favorite! Service was good for busy Valentines Day

Waitress was amazing I didnt get her name but over all her service and the food were over the top they also had my favorite which many mexican restaurants do not have -NOPALES YUMMY!!!!
We sat on the patio. They were very nice. Sent a boy out to light a patio heater for us. They never forgot about us even though we were the only ones on the patio. Very nice and good service.

Waiter quit while we were there so there so there was some interruption in service. Food is not quite as tasty as it was before. Salsa is a bit disappointing.
What a great dining experience at the Maya Restaurant. The food was great and the service was excellent. The best part was they had Mexican musicians playing brass and violins, and guitars and singing. They were so good and entertaining. We just loved it. So good.

We had a larger party and they seated us right away to accommodate us and our waitress was so sweet. Just a nice evening of dinner spent together!

Food was good, service a little slow, but it was busy with Band playing.
There was some difficulty on their part redeeming the certificate from my mobile device. They didn't seem familiar with the process.
