The pizza is the best in West Bend. The owner, Michael, is the friendliest person we have ever met. Great food and great conversation. We recommend Michaleno's Pizzeria for families or just a group of friends for a get together.
My friends and I love dining at Michaleno's. This time we had a birthday party. The pizza is the best in town. We eat here about 6 to 8 times a year.
Food was very good especially the Lobster Pups Service was excellent and I would recommend this is a great family restaurant

We were there for carry out but the man taking our order was very friendly. It was clean and had Italian wallpaper pictures on the wall. Great Italian music.

My friend is on a low salt diet and the broiled fish was perfect.
this was a call in order on a Friday night-we had ordered extra tarter sauce-yup you guessed it no tarter sauce at all. this is not the first time forgetting something -we will try one more time after that their done who wants to drive back for tarter sauce when your cod is getting cold?
You have pizza that taste the way pizza should taste. Most pizza I do not like.
Finally a true Italian pizza in the area. Nice thin tasty crust. Wonderful tasting sausage, and tasty veggies. Doesn't get any better.
did not dine in. had carry-out. However, very friendly staff. quick and efficient service. Had "hot boneless wings". They were the size of small chicken nuggets and tasted awful. EXTREMELY over priced for the size/amountand quality. Will try the bone-in wings next time.

unable to comment for service seeing as this was a take out order, however, the man that I placed my order with was friendly.got home to find that canadian bacon was ham. that really needs to be mentioned to the customer if it is an acceptable substitution!! umm...I overrode others votes for the kind of pizza to order only for them to watch me pick it off my slices.... not cool pizza guy!

The best pizza in town!
Their pizza comes on a thin crispy crust and they're very generous with the toppings. This my second pizza there, and it's the best I've had in a long time. Very friendly staff.
Excellent service and food.
We have a lot of Pizza places...this is our new fave. Good amount of toppings, great sauce & cheese that you can actually taste & see! The fried chicken was great, but pieces were a little small.
Michalenos has the best pizza in town, and the people there are the friendliest!!

Prior customer reviews complained they got their food much later than promised. Not the case with me. Pizza was delicious. Extra cheese ordered and it was abundant! Only concern was not enough sauce on pizza. Other than that, experience was very good and I will return again. Very small dining area; very sterile ambience. No place for intimate dinners or large get-togethers.

We got the food as a carry out. It was delicious as usual.
The piazza appeared to have skimpy portions of pepperoni and chesses. I think the crust..and maybe whole piazza was premade. Not much taste...same with the beef lasagna. the Lasagna had almost no meat. The veal cutlet sandwhich had a dribble of sauce and a spot of cheese...the coleslaw ...all one tablespoon was the tastiest part of meal...ribs had alot of meat on them....infact the ribs had not been separated from this hand sized hunk of meat on underside...so really lucked out ...as long as l was at home and could work with cutting board to remove the bonus meat...french fries limp and possibly freezer burned. the to go wrapping was poor...grease had dripped all over the piazza box and l was told not to tip over the bag on top of piazza. the food has to improve or sadly the restaurant will not make it.clerk very nice.food done when said it would be done.
We placed an order over the phone. When we went to pick it up it was not correct, usually not a big deal, but we had people over and then had to wait longer for our food.

Good food, just was very busy that night. Ordered our food to go, came 10 minutes past the time they told me to and still waited another 20 minutes after that to get my food. Quite a few other people waiting for food as well.

Very stark in appearance, no rugs on floor, floors were all wet, was cold and even colder every time the door opened. The owner was sitting at a table using his computer, I felt that was unprofessional looking. Too quiet, need music, wished there were booths instead of tables. Will continue to use take-out pizza-feel more comfortable at home. Pizza always excellent.
The pizza was very tasty, the pasta with sausage was just ok.
food was good but protion size seemed small.I was supprised to be charged full price for getting an extra pizza topping that was only on half the pizza. Most places charge half.
This place is the best. Management was super helpful with our selections and very pleasant.
