It is more like a food court/fast food place than a restaurant as most of the foods are already cooked and sitting in heated food pans from which they serve your meals. It is basically a take out place with a few tables for people who want to eat their meals there. They also charge 20% service fee/tip which for a place like that is too much.

Small, BYOB place, wth a takeout counter and seating. Deli style ambiance, waitress was very helpful. Food was legit Puerto Rican food. Very good, and nice size plates. Definitely end it wth their Flan! So creamy it was delicious.
The facilities are not very clean and dining chairs were worn; no bread or water provided upon seating; wait time for food was questionable; rice and beans were warm, not hot.
At first didn't think by the atmosphere it would be good. Never judge a place until you try the food. The food is excellent!!
The food was great, and the service was friendly, putting up with my poor Spanish.
I would normally rate the food as "excellent", but I ordered the Pastelles since I was in the holiday spirit and they weren't hot and lacked flavor. Ox Tails, Pernil, Sancocho and Shrimp Mofongo are always very tasty!

Service was sloppy, had to ask for a takeout box twice, forever to get the check and when we did the gratuity was already included for a party of 3(unheard of )and they added the bill incorrectly. Awful management! They also overcharged me by $1 on my sandwich.
It took a long time to serve the food, which is OK if it's great food. It was not
They were not too happy about the coupon and when I showed it on my phone when we entered - the owner swiped it before we even sat down to eat there.
