Humiliated, Insulted & Treated like Trash in front of other guests. As a loyal OLIVE GARDEN MERITT ISLAND Customer who has used it for 7 years, we were Humiliated, Insulted & Treated like Trash by COURTNEY (Manager) with a thunderous voice. We arrived at the location shortly before 3 pm and waited about 15 minutes before a server was available. Selecting from the lunch menu the “Manager” COURTNEY explained to us, that (because of OLIVE GARDEN MERITT ISLAND’s holdup) we now have to pay the dinner price. We rejected her statement since we arrived in time. This is the first and last time to visit OLIVE GARDEN MERITT ISLAND to be Humiliated, Insulted & Treated like Trash by COURTNEY (Manager). The regular staff was very friendly and comforting as usual.
