The menu seemed like it had some really good stuff on it but the good freshness and quality was mediocre. It's like the hired a professional chef to come up with the menu but people who don't care to actually cook the food.
Interesting menu choices, very different. My son truly enjoyed it more than I. I am not one to try new things.
It was a little unusual menu. They were out of 3 or 4 items like their hamburger. The lady helping us was great.

liked the flavor of anchovy in the Caesar salad with shaved Parmesan curls. The Sliders (prepared low-carb for me!) were delicious - meaty with a nice Merlot sauce and artisan blue cheese.
The scotch eggs were awesome! And the soup is always appreciated!

Service was good. Fish and chips are okay but not worth $12. Four tiny pieces of fish. Liked the pasta I had last time much better.

We had one of the owners I think Karen she was awesome and totally knowledgeable about all of the food items which is great for first time diners. wish all servers could know and explain their menus in so much detail we really enjoyed it even my kids remarked what a great server she was a real assett!
my husband and i had lunch there and it was perfect in every way. we tried a little bit of everything and were not disappointed. our favorites were the scotch eggs. (i wish i had one right now) and the tenderloin sliders. those were incredibly tender and tasty. i couldn't stop talking about it for days!the gal that served us was friendly and helpful and we had a lot of fun with her.we will definitely go back!!
We absolutely enjoyed our meals which consisted of fish & chips, excellent seasoned fries, and the vegetable hash. What a nicepresentation and delicious combination offall vegetables. The Eccles cake was certainly something different & very much enjoyed.
