Rajun Cajun is one of my top 3 restaurants in the area. Everyone that I bring with me to Rajun Cajun loves the food too. It's delicious!

Second time here. First time disappointed with ratio of veggies, meat/fish to exorbitant amount of pasta. Second time the same. The whole entrée is pasta. $25 for a dish of pasta, sauce and little meat & veggies.
Food and service were excellent. Ambiance was just ok. Sat by the kitchen, counter behind us cluttered with dirty glassware, papers etc. Would have taken a minute to clear it off to make the place look cleaner and less cluttered. Overhead light glaring, softer lights would be nice. Service was very good. Waitress friendly and informative.

Ragin' Cajun is always ready to accommodate and make substitutions--no problem. Food is reliably fresh and delicious. Stringbean band was great! And Tracie's happy energy is everywhere still.

This restaurant is too pricey to visit, for what you get. Good, but not exceptional. I don't think the $15.00 certificate is enough. Needs to be $25 for us to back.

The food and the service is consistently excellent. This is always first on my list when on vacation in the area. They also have the BEST Blues music on Sundays and Thursdays, so I always plan to be there for that!
The food was delicious, especially the baked red snapper. The entertainment was a great added touch. I would go again in a heartbeat.
After over 25 visits this is the first time that we were not happy with our meals. Everything seemed a little off. Even the rice and beans were under seasoned. Really hoping it was just a bad night and that things will be back to delicious next time.

byob, we were given a few glasses to drink our wine out front while we waited for the table. allowed us to turn waiting for our table into a fun experience. excellent service once we were seated as well.
I always order Shrimp Daddy Pasta, 6 large shrimp, spicy creamy sauce, pasta, alligator sausage. Always yummy. Husband always orders Blackened Chicken Bites - spicy, buttery, so unhealthy but SO GOOD! Key lime pie for dessert. We always leave very satisfied. Tracie (owner) comes out to chat and is always interesting and gracious.

Food was good . Server very poor. Chili was sent back to be warmed up and never came back. Took it in a to go cup. Asked to have television turned on and it never happened. If waitress sat on my lap like she did most other customers, maybe I could overlook this.

Firstly, there was no room to enter this restaurant without hitting someone in the back upon entering due to the minuscule size of this place. After we were sat, it took repeated requests to get a wine glass. The sauces on both the mussel appetizer and one of the main dishes, the chicken Baton Rouge, was drowning in a oily tomato like sauce with little flavor and nothing resembling Cajun flavor. The other entree, called Grilled Jumbo Shrimp, was composed of some pretty small sized shrimp in oil with also not much flavor.In all, a pretty unremarkable meal, just fair at best.

This is our favorite restaurant! Deliciouly seasoned, perfectly cooked, huge portions. I always order Swamp Daddy Pasta, shrimp and alligator sausage over bowties in a very spicy cram sauce. Husband always orders Blackened Chicken Bites - very spicy in butter sauce, worth all the calories. Brought son for first time, he loved it, raved about the scallops.

Their food is amazing. They were short staffed that night and got busy with tables outside so everything took a bit of time but the atmosphere and food is worth it.

The place is always a buzz with music and small and large groups. We know the owner from going there so much and Stringbean and the Stalkers are always a pleasure to listen to as they play live music in the corner of the main room.

Tracy, the owner, is a wonderful host. She has trained her chefs to her standards. The atmosphere is like you have been invited in to a friends home.
No wait, food was delicious, attentive staff, large portions. Only gave 4 shrimp for a huge plate of food, which was a little disappointing. The lack of shrimp on a $18 plate of food + shabby restaurant decor, knock this down to a 4, rather than a 5.

they dont take reservations so you have to know when to go. Once you figure this out it will all work out. There is no parking, figure that out as well.

The food was incredible! The seafood gumbo and jumbalaya were perfect. The portions were large. We had leftovers for a great lunch the next day.

The restaurant is rundown, dirty & the owner is extremely disrespectful & rude. I would never eat here again nor would I recommend it.
Took us 4 years to finally visit this restaurant, heard great things about it. Food was good not great, I do have to say the service was excellent only one waitress but she worked her butt off. The place could use some sprucing up, new paint nicer tables. Outside tables are plastic no table clothes. Kind of grossed me out a little. Just couldn't help feeling the place needed cleaning. I could tell most of the people there were regulars. Again great service food was good but really the place needs cleaning and painting.

We ate outisde: area had dead bugs and tables needed to be cleaned better. Food was good but dead leaves and flowers combined w/the above stated items made the experience less than stellar.

Food was awesome, atmosphere was different and a little strange but in a good way. They could stand to de-clutter the front room a bit and it needs a good dusting/spring cleaning.
Love the blackened shrimp and scallops and the pork chops! Tracy is a great cook and very accommodating.

LOVE this place! Feel as if you are having dinner in your Grandmother's house. Food always is flavorful, and different than everywhere else.
They are very nice to their customers and on certain nights there's even a band which is very good. The owner personally stopped by our table (I've eaten here twice)to chat with us. Very accomadating, they will go out of their way to make sure you have a great dining experience. The only draw back to this restaurant is the parking, otherwise everything else was wonderful.

We not only had a wonderful dinner, but the owner stopped by our table and became a new friend to us. There was also a wonderful band playing there the evening we went. All in all we had a great experience and would recommend this place to our friends and family.

we asked for Seltzer for our bottle of vodka we bought with us. the waiter said they ran out and he went next store to 7-11 for us and bought us 2 bottles of seltzer! that kind of service goes above and beyond! The food was great and the service was great. I would definitely visit ragin cajun again!

very rustic, very authentic New Orleans. The alligator sausage with cream sauce was amazing. Definitely a "keeper". Our server was so helpful...wonderful outdoor dining.
