Reviews
Delicious food at a reasonable price. Service also was very good.
Although of the beaten path, it was an enjoyable meal that rates well above most restaurants.
All our meals were good, meatloaf, shrimp, & chicken fried steak. The onion rings were good but cooked a little darker then I prefer though. We’ll be back
Friendly staff.
Their salad dressings are home made.
Food was excellent. Love there homemade poppy seed dressing. Homemade desserts also exceptional

Great food and always friendly.
excellent food. Never have been disappointed when eating here, Good daily specials. Friendly service. Good deserts.
Everything was great!! Can't wait to come back & try something else!
We all had the fried chicken special. Dark meat was juicy and tasty; white meat was a little overdone. Salad was very good. Service was good.
Excellent food!
Food and service were outstanding.
Food and service were outstanding.
We had a great experience. Owner even ran out to the parking lot to tell us good bye and to have a Happy Easter! Everything was better than expected.
Great value for the money. Had the chicken on Saturday. Only available on wed and sat. Very fresh and tasty. 1/2 of a chicken served with choice of soup or salad and one side for $9.99 The only disappointment was that I could not have just dark meat, which is what I prefer.
Very friendly and food is great.
When the owner wants you to try some alcohol other then what you have been drinking all night because he wants you to try it you don't charge the customer. Chicken was not completely cooked, yes I know it was fresh but it still has to be done all the way through. A few customers sent theirs back to be cooked all the way.
The fried chicken had a good flavor and was nice and hot. However, the mashed potatoes were cold and in a clump scooped out with an ice cream scoop. The service started out fine but went down hill. We waited 25 mins for a salad and pretzel rolls. When we went in to ask about our order we were told they were out of pretzel rolls.
This has been our fourth time at the Lucky Rooster. Their food is great and their service is excellent. We especially like that the owner, Ray, makes a point of stopping by each table and speaks with his customers. It is becoming a weekly go-to place for us.
Very friendly people and great food. We are planning on going back soon. Can't wait to try the pizza next time.
Outstanding shrimp appetizer
The only drawback was the noise level in the restaurant/bar. They had two TVs and Music all at the same time. They did turn down the music at our request. The food was excellent and our waitress was delightful.
